Brittany Ford is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and her educational background includes in-depth studies in health, nutrition, and functional medicine, specifically focusing on women's health. Most days, you’ll find Brittany relishing in her favorite hot mixture (currently decaffeinated coffee infused with goat butter, mushroom powder and collagen) as she educates herself on a multitude of health-related subjects right from the coziness of her own home. Her passion lies in the realm of nature and its impact on our well-being. With a focus on biohacking, functional medicine, nutrient-rich foods, and healthy lifestyle habits, she aims to educate and help others about the benefits of these practices. Throughout her health journey of more than 14 years, she has overcome challenges such as Leaky Gut Syndrome, Candida, parasites, dysbiosis and PCOS with irregular cycles and cysts. Through extensive research and personal experiences, she’s now driven to support individuals who are encountering similar difficulties. With a deep-rooted passion for health and wellness, her purpose is to support others in optimizing their well-being. She currently works with patients, shares valuable content on social media, and hosts her podcast. She also recently launched a preconception course, Baby Steps.
