We are so grateful to have Dr. Andrew Hill back on the podcast for a deeper dive on brain waves, brain mapping and neurofeedback! Make sure you tune in to episode #56 where Dr. Hill set the groundwork on the importance of meditation, mindfulness, neurofeedback and more on brain health. In today's episode we get a full review of our personal brain mapping results, which felt almost like a mind reading session! He also shares what he has learned about brain similarities amongst family members, how nootropics or smart drugs impact our brain function, and the impact hyperbaric oxygen therapy can have on brain health.
Dr. Andrew Hill is a neuroscientist, entrepreneur, and biohacking advocate. He holds a PhD. in Cognitive Neuroscience from UCLA, and is best known for his mission to bring the brain-hacking technology of neurofeedback into mainstream practice. To achieve this, Dr. Hill founded Peak Brain Institute in 2015, a community-oriented company that teaches brain-training from a fitness perspective, and uses EEG Neurofeedback and QEEG Brain Mapping designed to help all people achieve their brain performance goals.
